• Poly-L-Lactic Acid (Sculptra): The benchmark for gradual, full-face collagen renewal. PLLA has been used in dissolvable surgical sutures for over two decades and is Medsafe-approved in New Zealand. Results build across three to six months and are among the longest-lasting of any injectable.
• Calcium Hydroxylapatite (Radiesse): Used hyperdiluted, CaHA microspheres act as a scaffold that fibroblasts adhere to, driving continuous collagen and elastin production. Particularly effective across the jawline, neck, décolletage, and hands.
• Polynucleotides: Regenerative biostimulators that activate fibroblast proliferation directly. Ideal for thin, crepey, or damaged skin where volume is not the primary concern.

What to Expect
